Huskies Fall to Oral Roberts, 1-0

TULSA, Okla. – Oral Roberts’ Aaron Douthit’s goal in the 78th minute proved to be the eventual game winner as the Golden Eagles defeated the visiting Huskies, 1-0, on the final day of the ORU Tournament.

Oral Roberts outshot the Huskies, 14-11, and held a slim 7-5 advantage on shots on goal. Duke Ogega led HBU with three shots, one on goal, while both of Dan Dwyer’s shots were on goal.

Chris Dodd suffered the loss stopping five shots, while ORU’s Andrew Techanchuk stopped six.

HBU (2-3) continues its road trip at the Central Florida Tournament next weekend. The Huskies play the host Golden Knights on Friday, then Florida Atlantic on Sunday.
